The following instructions explain how to change your account login passwords in Helm 4 control panel.
To change the password for the user you have logged into:
1. Open internet browser and navigate to the Helm 4 login page.

2. Enter your Account name, Username and the password for the username you have entered.
Note: The admin login can be found on your account details PDF. If you need to obtain these details again please email
support@habesha.net
3. Once logged in navigate to ‘Account Settings’ by using the main menu icons or using the Helm Navigation
4. Select ‘My Login’
5. Enter the new password and confirm it underneath. When you are ready you can select the save button
6. Password has now been changed
To change a password for a user login that is not the same as you have logged into:
7. Open internet browser and navigate to the Helm 4 login page.

8. Enter your Account name, Username and the password for the username you have entered.

9. Once logged in navigate to ‘Account Settings’ by using the main menu icons or using the Helm Navigation
10. Select ‘Accounts Logins’
11. You are now presented with a list of user logins for your account. Select the account you want to update the password
12. Enter the new password and confirm it underneath. When you are ready you can select the save button
13. Password has now been changed
