Mailboxes
Mailboxes are essentially an area on the email server that allows you to store your emails. The area is protected by your username and password.
Creating Mailboxes
To create a mailbox you need to first log into the Helm 4 control panel and then proceed with the following steps.
1. From the mail menu select Domains or from the Helm Navigation select and expand domains
2. Select the domain you wish to create an email account for
3. Select ‘Email Accounts’ icon
4. Select the ‘Add’ button
5. Now complete the form by entering the email address name and password
6. Select the ‘Save’ button to complete the process
Notes
The username is your email address for the mailbox
By default the system automatically creates info@yourdomain.com and uses the same password as your admin account login
